Насколько я понял - тебе достаточно считывать имена файлов с какого нибудь файл и потом можно легко изменять один этот файл не меняя флєшки. Это сделать можно.

Кстати, совсем недавно видел диск Visual Basic 6. Очень красивый AutoRun. Почти уверен сделан на флэш.
